U13 Ladies 2010/11

The team started with a squad of 10 at U9 in the 2006/07 season. We ran two 7-a-side teams at U10 and U11 (the Scorpions and Dragons) with the U11 Scorpions becoming the first Dronfield Town Ladies side to win their league (the B division) in the 2008/09 season. We ran both 9-a-side and 11-a-side teams in the 2009/10 season by incorporating a number of younger players into the small-sided squad but struggled to field two sides every week. Therefore the 2010/11 season saw the merger of the old Scorpions and Dragons into a single 11-a-side squad that finished runners-up to Barugh Girls in Division 2.
