Pre Season has produced some eye-catching football and results - Winners against Buxton Town FC (Top of The Hope Valley Premier) and a narrow 2-0 loss to The Dronfield Town FC First team. Town A possess a youthful side that on their day can beat anyone put in front of them, strong in defence and fast up front. Town possess many characters within the squad, Billy Big Time Christopher Connor, Shane 'Penguin' Charnley and even the Beasley brothers, Bommer for his eratic keeping and Bead for gettin absolutely wasted every Friday and looking like death on Saturdays.
