The Senior Team was formed in 2000, being managed by Roger Joyce, who resigned in October, 2000 after moving away from the area. Doug Sabin took over the reigns and managed until his resignation in January, 2006, following a serious illness.
Player Oliver Haynes steeped into the breach and managed the Team until the end of the 2007/2008 season, when Kris Simons "volunteered" for the postion until his resignation at the end of the 2010/2011 season.
The Team is now managed by Dean Tomlinson, who has been with Dunmow Rhodes since 1990, when he joined the Club as a 9 year old.

The objects for the Team are
a) to provide Association Football for its members and such social and recreation pursuits as may be deemed desirable by the Committee.
b) to provide continuity of football and help with the development and coaching of members of the Dunmow Rhodes Youth FC youth teams.
