This is our new competition which will be held every month, you have until the last lotto draw of the month to enter. Entry charge per month is £10 and we have 49 places per month. Once you've paid your money simply just pick a number between 1-49 wait until the last saturday lotto draw of the month and if your number is picked you could win half the takings which could be up to £245. Epsom Athletic 49ers Each of the National lottery balls must be sold to an individual or syndicate at a cost of £10 per month The ball that you choose or allocated is yours for as long as you participate and make payment. Any unsold number becomes a club ball. The draw will take place on the last Saturday of the month and will be based on the results of that nights National Lottery draw. If your number is the bonus ball you half the takings of that month.

• All money owed to be paid by 31^st July 2011.
• All players to attend training regularly.
• All players to take part in all Pre-match warm ups.
• All signing on fees to be paid by 31^st August 2011.
• Match days and training, NO PAY NO PLAY.
• Any bookings to be paid within 7 days, Players will be banned from playing until the fine is paid.
• £5.00 Club fine for dissent, continuous bookings for dissent fine will be doubled.
• Early meet on match days.
• Managers and assistant managers are responsible for their own kit and merchandize.
• Inform players by Tuesday for Saturdays match.
• Fill in match day sheets FULLY and write a match day report to be put on the club website.
• ALL match day money to be paid before games
• Update all info on your team page on the website.

Rules and Regulations of Club

Item 1

There will be zero tolerance to acts of violence or abusive language towards either club members, supporters or visiting club members and supporters.

This also applies to drug and alcohol abuse.

Item 2

Parents will be barred from the sidelines and the club if they breach the rules in item 1

Item 3

The club managers have sole discretion regarding their own team choice.

Item 4

People must have total respect for the club and opposition premises and associated belongings.

Item 5

Individual personnel property, including cars is their own responsibility and the club will take no liability for loss or damages.

Item 6

Fines must be paid within 7 days of league request for money owed. The committee will have a table at training for you to pay it. We will not accept anybody owing the club money so no pay, no play, match and training including signing on fees.

Item 7

Epsom Athletic operates a squad system requiring players from any team to be passed up or down through the squad for whatever reason is deemed to be reasonable.

Item 8

Players must advise their respective managers if they cannot attend games or training sessions a minimum of three days in advance. Managers may add there own criteria for this i.e. if you do not contact the manager or arrive at training they will assume you are not available for the game. You have been warned

Item 9

Players who do not attend training sessions who have not given advance notice of absence will be charged.

Item 10

The committee has the right to revoke or bar any person whose behaviour is deemed to be unacceptable

The right of any person to appeal against a decision must be made within 14 Days of action taken, whereby a committee meeting will be held to adjudicate the matter at which you may request or be requested to attend.

Item 11

The committee reserve the right so discipline any member of the club for breaking any of these rules.
