Re-Founded in 2005, with a history dating back over 100 years, Ettington Football club has successfully completed its first year back in the Midland Combination, finishing in third place.
Ken Tyrer is in his umpteenth year as chairman of the club.
The first team is currently managed by the experienced Steve Price and Tim Green is skipper for the Silvers.
The reserve team is 'managed' by rookie, Tom Coles in his 1st season as manager. Scott Sutherland is the captain for the 'stiffs'
The club play their home games at Rogers Lane, on one of the largest pitches in the Midland Combination league.
With a slight downslope and wind tunnel effect conditons, not many teams look forward to a tricky trip to Ettington.
