What a fantastic way to finish off the season. Euxton played some great football and scored 4 fantastic goals to show that the core of a good 11 a side team for next year is in place.
Euxton scored the first goal when a superb run from Mark was picked out by Aedans pass and Mark ran onto the edge of the box a finished well. Then Jack showed he has been listening to coaching about throw ins and positioned himself well to exhange passes with Matthew Clayton who delivered a great cross for Jack to head home.  In the second half great movement and a pass from Daniel enabled Jack to get the ball out of his feet and finish well. Then great team passing and movement set up Mark who finished with great accuracy. 
The football played today was full of promise and its been good to see this team flourish in the 9v9 format and I see improvement in all of them. A number of them made claims for man of the match Daniel made some fantastic runs and passes , Aedan was back to his best , Jack led the line very well but Mark just edged the vote with a great all round performance.  Roll on next season
