Fairfield FC is a friendly, progressive and forward thinking club, playing men’s football in the Orpington & Bromley District Sunday League.
The club was founded back in 1980 and at the time drew upon players in and around the Croydon area.
We currently run two league teams, both of whom compete in the (OBDSFL), which has 7 divisions. The first team being in the 1st division and the 2nd team the 5th division.
We play our home games at the former Central YMCA ground beside Eltham College in Mottingham. (see the how to find us link on the left)
The ground boasts some of the best pitches in the league and as such allow for football to be played the way it should be.
Being a progressive club means that we are always on the lookout for new players, which will not only increase competition for places, but also allow us to expand, forming new teams as we do so.
This coming season 2007/8 will be an important one for the club as many changes have/are taking place to ensure the club continues to move forward, developing the talent and enhancing the enjoyment of its’ players and club members alike.
So if you’re 16yrs+ and feel as though you’d enjoy being part of our club we would love to hear from you. Simply contact one of the committee members for details.
