31st May We have started to complete final details, we'll be travelling in 3 coaches at 4:30pm from Falkirk stadium to the Uni accommodation, see link: http://www.keelecup.com/accommodation.php for more details, we are staying in the basic single rooms. We have set the cost per person a £75 per person which includes travel, bed and breakfast and Sat night dinner, and for the youngsters to Waterworld on their non playing day, we will leave to go back up to Scotland after the final game on Sun, historically 4/5pm ish and arriving home around 10pm ish. Deposits should be with your coach by the 10th June, this figure is reached by forecasting the Fundraising we will need to work hard as a team...I'm sure you all will, leave no stones unturned! 28th May Latest News We have now got all names in for those travelling, except for the seniors, that aside we have received the quotes for the accommadation and will be staying at the Uni at Keele for the weekend. With the non playing event at Waterworld. The coaches (buses) are almost decided although we are waiting for a final quote from one company. As far as cost per person that is decided on the level of fund raising however we are estimating at this stage that the cost will not exceed £70 per person, obviously we want that lower but that depends on the success of the up and coming events... 6th May LATEST NEWS All coaching staff have been asked to get numbers of players and numbers of parents etc travelling to Keele, this information has been slow coming in with only 2 teams presented at this time... All coaches will be in receipt of a Fund Raising Pack for the events listed below, so information should be with you in the next few days. I still do not have any new news in reference to the accommodation etc for Keele Uni, but the team there are working hard to do the best they can to keep the costs down, and I'm confident that it'll be 'alright on the night' as soon as I know you'll know. 28th May We have a series of Fundraising events lined up: Bagpack 1 28th May Asda Stenhousemuir Bagpack 2 11th June Morrisons Bagpack 3 /12th June Morrisons Fun Walk 6th June, Monday evening Fun Day 2nd July 10-1pm, with post match Awards Event We are also likely to drop the visit to Annfield Liverpool FC for the kids weekend with a visit to Waterworld the preferred option.
