Well tonight saw the final game of the season (eventually) and it saw Farringdon take on Washington Cougers. Farringdon started as they meant to go on attacking straight from the off, and , after having numerous chances Jack Gething eventually opened the scoring with a neat finish on the near post. However Farringdon didnt have it all their own way and went in at the break just the one goal up. The second half took on the same pattern as the first with Farringdon dominating the game, and even with the change around playing the defenders up front and the forwards at the back Farringdon managed to extend their lead when Michael King fired home from just outside the six yard box ,and the rout was completed when Lewis Wharton danced through the defence and slotted the ball home to round off a convincing win. MAN OF THE MATCH. LEWIS WHARTON. WELL DONE LEWIS. AND WELL DONE TO EVERYONE FOR A VERY GOOD SEASON EVERYONE WAS OUTSTANDING AND THE IMPROVEMENT IN THE TEAM IS THERE FOR EVERYONE TO SEE, ONCE AGAIN WELL DONE.
