FC Alton's: Pepe Reina
FC Alton had originally tried to sign Joe for their inaugural 2006/2007 season but could not complete the transfer in time. FCA Management had earmarked him as the best keeper in Alton and having used five different keepers in that first season, finally got their man last summer.
Joe 'Pro' has long been involved with the Alton Town set-up and has brought with him a wealth of experience and tremendous ability.
His shot stopping and kicking game rival anyone in the league and he'll be looking to build the defence from which FCA can attack.
On the 30th March 2008, Joe became the first registered Keeper in FC Alton's history to score for the club when he grabbed a goal playing up front against Waterloo.
