Formed in 1998 through the interchurch youth work of Cornerstone, teams begun for under 12s in the Churches Youth Football League and two adult sides, Alpha & Omega, in the East Herts Christian League.

This year Cornerstone will be running two teams in Division 1 & 2 of the Hertfordshire & Borders Churches League.

The work is supported by members and friends of three churches in Stevenage: Bunyan Baptist, St Peters Anglican and Longmeadow Evangelical making it a positive Churches Together in Stevenage.

From the beginning the hope has been to encorage all abillities with fair playand outreach beinb central to what we have tried to be about, all under Cornerstone's mission 'to give people in Stevenage the opportunity to know and follow Jesus'
