The Season Tolworth Could Of Won The Lot!!
Pre season friendly results:

FC Tolworth 1 - 2 AFC Berrylands
FC Tolworth 1 - 4 AFC Lash
Chessington & Hook Res. 1 - 2 FC Tolworth

FC Tolworth started the season off superbly, only losing one game in their first 17 games, that being a 4-3 defeat in the league to Howard Old Boys. This meant that the side were still in all the cups that they had entered. They reached the Quarter final of the Challenge Cup and the same stage in the prestigous County Cup, only to lose 5-4 to Dynamo Molesey. The team kept going in the league only until they lost to West Park away which almost certainly ruined their championship hopes. Tugas, the league leaders came to Deckers with 2 games to go, and if they only drew they would win the league. It was 1-1 until Lee Drewett scored a winner for Tolworth in injury time to take the Championship to the last day. Tolworth beat Howard Old Boys 3-0 on the last day, but were denide the title when Tugas beat Air Products 4-2. Tolworth found themselves in the final of the Charity Cup when they beat rivals Tugas in the semi, after a Stuart Wicks corner flew straight into the top corner in the last minute of the game. The final pitched Tolworth up against Dynamo Molesey yet again, and with the score 0-0 at half time it was anyones. Before the game Neil Wicks was on 47 goals for the season and a hatrick would see him reach the milestone of 50. Reading the script, Neil obliged and smashed in 3 goals to give Tolworth a 3-0 victory and their first silverware. It was a great performance from everyone involved. It finalised a fantastic season for FC Tolworth, who if it wasn't for one terrible month could have scooped the lot.
