Fens Hotel F.C were formally known as Charter Bar F.C and previous to that were Jacksons Arms F.C who had been playing in the Mike Gough Hartlepool Sunday League. A change in management saw them move to a new venue the 'Fens Hotel'were they would finish the season mid table. The following season they were promoted to Division 1 as Division 2 Champions 2005/2006.
The 2006/2007 season again saw Fens Hotel gain promotion to the Hartlepool Sunday Premier Division after finishing as runners up to Mulgrave Athletic
