CLUB HISTORY
The Good Old Days (17/09/07)

The Fir Tree team first played football back in 1895 (Known then as Fromes Hill Nil) when a group of local farmers got together after too much ale the night before and lost 6 - 0 to some thugs from the Malvern area.

The manager from that time, Mike Davies, blamed them for all the goals commenting that 'None of you know the offside rule either' and charged them 5d for the pleasure.

Things have changed a lot since then...........
