What determination this young lad has! One year younger than the rest of the squad and being a june birthday boy, is playing almost two years above his age! He's got great potential but something that struck me about him instantly when i 1st saw him was his confidence!  Essential for a keeper!  No matter whats happening on the pitch Crell just sticks to the gameplan of doing exactly what we've asked of him. The next year or two and he's going to become some keeper.
