This was a game that on paper Foxhall would struggle to win, having only 9 players and an emergency Goalkeeper in Declan Hemingway, and soon went 0-1 down. However, they bravely battled away and equalised on 11 minutes when Nibs put Archie through to score.

 Thorntonwent ahead again 3 minutes later, but Foxhall again drew level at 2-2, after Connor drove through from midfield and passed to Archie for him to score his second. Archie returned the complement with a cross for Connor to head home, making it 3-2.

 The game continued end to end andThorntonequalised on 22 minutes, Declan narrowly failing to keep out a stinging shot. The first half ended at 3-3.

 3 minutes into the second half Foxhall retook the lead when Archie went on a cracking solo run, slotting the ball past theThorntonkeeper, to make his hat trick. 5 minutes later Nibs fired a screamer from outside the box to make it 5-3.

 The half continued end to end with both teams having further chances. On 20 minutes Connor provided a cross across the box which Harry duly put away.Thorntonmade it 6-4 a minute later with an unstoppable shot from outside the box and 6-5 4 minutes after that. But Foxhall hung on for the final 10 minutes to make it a memorable victory.
