SIGNING ON FEES, MATCH SUBS, FINES AND PAYMENT SYSTEM

With regards to the above the management have decided to put some measures into place as at times last season it got hard working keeping a track of things.

SIGNING ON FEES - As you will all know the signing on fee for this season will be £20. This was agreed by all at the club AGM. Payment for this seasons signing on fee MUST be paid before the start of the season, giving you all about a month to get it paid. Your co-operation on this would be much appreciated.

MATCH SUBS - It was also agreed that these will be set at £5 for starting a game and £3 for substitutes. Match sub payments MUST be paid before a game as it is just too hectic after. Also, this WILL need to be done as, from the start of this season, referees are to be paid before the start of the game. As it's also set at a fiver, there should be no trouble having change, rather than trying to be first to pay with a £20 note and expecting change. You all know that Saturdays are match days (bar the midweek games of course) and that you'll have some subs to pay. It'd be appreciated if you could turn up with the right money, therefore, making things run a little smoother.

FINES - All booking and sending offs will be paid by the club in order to get the payment out of the way. We do however expect ALL players to reimburse the club ASAP in order to keep the club finances healthy.

PAYMENT SYSTEM - We are also going to look at putting a system in place whereas both teams can keep a proper check on who has paid what over the course of the season. We have in the past been pretty lenient as regards "letting people off". This is however costing the club money so it stops from this season as EVERYBODY will be expected to pay what they owe whether it be subs, signing on fees or fines.

PLAYERS WHO HAVE NOT PAID SIGNING ON FEES, SUBS OR FINES WILL BE REMINDED TO PAY UP OR THEY WILL NOT PLAY NO MATTER WHAT. ALSO ANYONE WHO OWES ANY MONEY AT THE END OF THE SEASON WILL BE REPORTED TO THE LEAGUE AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SIGN FOR ANY OTHER CLUB AS A PROPER RECORD FOR BOTH TEAMS IS NOW GOING TO BE KEPT.

Also from when we move to Central for training, training will be £1.00 and anyone who doesnt pay will not train whether they are a signed player or not. The reason for implimenting all this is that we had to delve into the club funds many times last season due to subs, fines etc not being paid. Many other clubs take the same action with great success and we now feel that we have to make the same stand as it looks as though we are a bit of a sof touch when it comes to money. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

These rules apply to both the first team and the reserves.
