CUP TIED PLAYERS / CUP & LEAGUE RULES / PLAYER SELECTION
26 Jan 2010

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Just to save any confusion and more importantly to stop us getting points deducted or being kicked out of any cups, any players who are cup tied for any of the league cup competitions will be named on here.

BLACK DRAGON SENIOR CHALLENGE CUP

SQUIRES/FISHER/HOWSON REMEMBRANCE CUP (RESERVE TEAMS)

GIBSON CUP (1ST DIVISION)

PARKINSON/COLLEGIAN CUP (DIVISION 3)

LEAGUE & CUP RULES REGARDING TEAM SELECTION

It should be noted that a recognised 1st XI player is one who has played in SIX 1st XI games after 01/11/11.
A recognised reserve team player is one who has played in FIFTEEN reserve team regardless of how many 1st XI games he has played in.

Also it should also be noted that a maximum of THREE recognised 1st XI players can play for the Reserves after they have played SIX 1st XI games and/or they are not cup tied. Any player who has not played SIX 1st XI games can obviously be selected anyway. Let it also be noted that players who play in the SAM PRICE MEMORIAL PREMIER DIVISION CUP are "NOT" automatically cup tied for the KELLY/CUNNINGHAM DIVISION 4 CUP. However as stated before only THREE players who have played in SIX 1st XI games will be able to play for the Reserves in the KELLY/CUNNINGHAM DIVISION 4 CUP. Also any player who has played in the SQUIRES/FISHER/HOWSON REMEMBRANCE RESERVES CUP "CAN" play in the BLACK DRAGON SENIOR CHALLENGE CUP but a player "CANNOT" play in the SQUIRES/FISHER/HOWSON REMEMBRANCE RESERVES CUP once he has played in the BLACK DRAGON SENIOR CHALLENGE CUP.

However as regards league and cup games, any player who has played FIFTEEN reserve team games will be classed as a reserve team player regardless of how many 1st XI games he has played.

For any clarifications see Kev.
