Fryston junior was refomed after breaking away from Townville Sports & Recreation Club after 10 years at the club as the football section was growing fast,and the ground facilties could not cope with four plus teams on one pitch.
After talking to Mr Wright (Roy, Fryston club secretary)it was decided we moved to Fryston Welfare Cub in June 2005 starting from scratch, The facilities at fryston are second to none,a new pavillon with showers and changeing rooms,kitchen and players lounge four full size football pitches and a mini soccer pitch,(All fenced in no more bucked & shovel picking up dog foul) and a club house on the grounds for an after match pint.
