Garden Village Juniors Girls play football in the West Wales Womens and Girls League
2006-2007
Garden Village Juniors Under 10s are playing their first season in this new age group, although some of the players are the younger veterans of last years Colts Under 11 team, who were playing against teams much older and bigger than them (and very successfully). It will be interesting to see how they do, now that they will be picking on someone their own size. They play 7-a-side mini-football.
The Victory Shield, an annual under 16s Home Nations Championship, began this weekend. Would you like to see a similar competition played at senior level?
