Gilberdyke Juniors History

The club was established in September 2003 to provide coaching and competitive football matches for children from 5 years old upwards. We currently have teams ranging from Under 7's to Under 10's playing mini-soccer in the Selby & District Junior Football League on Saturday mornings. Our 11 a-side teams, Under 11's / Under 12's / Under 13's and Under 14's play in the Hull Boys Sunday Football League.

We play our home matches at Ings View Sports Field, just on the outskirts of Gilberdyke, where we enjoy good facilities.
Recently the club has just renewed its ERCAS LEVEL 1 Certificate and has now been awarded FA CHARTER STANDARD CLUB status. This is a massive and very important stride for the club and is the yardstick by which all good clubs are measured. We are very proud to achieved this mark and are indebted to all those individuals that have made this possible.
