Directions

Come off the M62 at Junction 32. Follow the signs to Castleford. Pass Junction 32 Retail Centre and on past the Singing Chocker pub and Gala bingo until you come to a mini roundabout. Go left at the roundabout onto the second roundabout. Take the first exit off this roundabout and the Glasshoughton Healthy Living Centre is on your right. There is ample parking in the centre and an overflow carpark at the back of the centre.
