As like the game against North Ormseby it was a day of wind versus football. However unlike that day football was the winner today as we played some great stuff today keeping the ball on the floor and passing it past the opposition as if they were not there. We did not give New Marske a seconds rest, and won every single challenge there was to be won. Ben Dickinson in goal did not touch the ball until the second half and even then he only touched it twice. The shape of our defence was good also, a marked improvement from previous games and the credit has to go to Neil Gardner for his hard work with the defenders. A bonus from todays game was Noah Corbett not having to be carried off the field and as his dad said he will have to ring the one life to tell them he wont be in today. Anyway as I cannot remember the details of all the goals I will just say well done to all that played. It was a great performance with goals from Tom Robinson (3), Harrison Olive (2), Shahban Mohammed, Nathan Forster, A lewis Malham penalty and the goal of the game from Jack Gardner. Man of the match went to Louis Hall for an outstanding performance and well deserved.
