Great Moor started well and were controling the game Owen and Roan in defending well in the face of a stiff breeze when a hopeful long range Hattersley shot slipped out of Ewan's grasp and skwirmed over the line to put the boys behind at half time.
A change round of players at half time and better football followed with plenty of presure but a break from the home side saw them go two up with a great strike against the run of play. Renewed Great Moor presure and player of the match Roan was everywhere winning the ball, picking it up on the edge of the area he lifted it over the defence and goalkeeper into the roof of the net to put them back in the game.
The equalised didn't come though and a third goal was given away right at the end to give a harsh final score line.
