History of Greenford Hotspur Football Club

Greenford Hotspur have been around since March 2004 playing local Sunday football in the Hayes & District Sunday League.
It all started with a couple of friends having a kickabout in a local park every Saturday when the current secretary thought about forming a Sunday League team.
A few ads in the local papers and players starting turning up to training by the bucket load and before I knew it the team was formed.
So the summer of 2004 we entered a local league the Hayes & District League and kicked off our 1st season in September.

GHFC finished their 1st season 10th in division 5 finishing on 11 points above local rivals Acton Town.
