Brief History

Greenhills Dynamo were formed in 1998 by Stephen & Niki Roe, Paul Connelly, Graeme Gillies amongst others. The aim of the team was to get fit and get a game of football every Saturday Morning.

Dynamo went into the Second Division of the Strathclyde Saturday Morning League and gained promotion in their first Season finishing second to Cawdor Vaults.

Dynamo then established themselves in Season 1998/99 finishing 4th - a great first Season in the top division where they have remained since.

Season 99/00 saw the East Kilbride outfit pick up their first silverware by taking the League Cup. For the next three seasons Dynamo became one of the most feared opposition in the league and have finished 2nd on 5 ocassions, twice losing out on the final day of the season.

The last three season have been barren in terms of trophies but Dynamo are aiming to rectify this in the coming year.
