Harriers Trust Football Club was formed in 2003 after a number of Harriers Fans Team players, wanted to try their luck in Sunday morning football. HTFC were given folded side Belbroughton's place in Kidderminster and District Football League Division 3. Glyn Lloyd was appointed manager with Dave Williams named as his assistant.

The first season in 2003/2004 was a struggle with the team finishing third from bottom in Division 3. But an improvement in form in the later part of the season gave the club hope for the following season.

HTFC began their march through the Division's in the 2004/2005 season. Some shrewd summer signings were added to go with the promising young players already at the club, HTFC won Division 3 by nine points. Plus they were losing Finalists in the WFA Minor County Cup, when they lost to Evesham based side Bretforton 3-1 in the Final at Evesham Utd.

In the 2005/2006 season again HTFC management bought in a few new faces to the squad, to go with the step up in quality of playing in Division 2. HTFC took it in their stride and finished Runners-Up to Gornal Five Ways, only losing out to the Gornal side on goal difference. Like in the previous season HTFC again lost in a Cup Final, this time to Northfield in the Bromsgrove Charity Cup.

HTFC gained their third successive promotion in the 2006/2007 season. When on the last day of the season and after gaining a 2-2 draw away to arch rivals Bewdley Town. HTFC went top for the first time in the season and were crowned champions. The team suffered extra-time heartbreak in the WFA Junior County Cup Semi-Final when they lost 4-3 to Redhorse.

So HTFC kicked off the 2007/2008 season in the Premeir Division and finished the season a creditable 8th, with a 3-2 home win over Bromley and a 2-2 draw away to Woodside Utd as the outstanding results of the season. With the club now established a Reserve Team was entered into Division 6 with Mark Donaldson was named as manager, but like so many new teams they struggled in their first season and finished third from bottom.

In the 2008/2009 the First Team finished 9th in the Premier Division. In the cups their lost on penalties to Arley in the Fireshield Final at Stourport Swifts. And lost 3-1 to Perrywood in the Semi-Finals of the WFA Premier County Cup. The Reserve Team now being managed by Adam Smith had a good season, with them gaining promotion from Division 5 when they finished third.

The 2009/2010 season saw a change of manager in the First Team, with Tony Maffei bought in with Glyn Lloyd moving to Director Of Football. But like their first season in the Premier Division the First Team finished 8th. The Reserve Team also had a change of manager with firstly Dave Pountney and then Mark Currie taking the reins. Even so they had a successful season with them winning Division 4. They also went close in two cups with them losing 2-1 after extra- time to Royal Exchange, in the Minor Cup at Stourport Swifts. And losing to Swan Bewdley 4-2 after extra-time in the Semi-Finals of the WFA Minor County Cup

In the summer of 2010 the club was on its knees with mounting debts and bills still to be paid the whole club was in a mess. So the HTFC Committee regrettably had to fold the Reserve Team to keep HTFC club alive, as the club couldn't sustain the running of two teams at such a big financial lose.

HTFC finished the 2010/2011 in their highest league positions of 5th in the Premier Division. HTFC were second for three months of the season, going on a thirteen match unbeaten run in Premier Division from the end of September to the middle of March. HTFC also got the Quarter Finals of both Bromsgrove Charity Cup and the Kiddy Hospital Cup. A few weeks after the season's end manager Tony Maffei resigned.

Glyn Lloyd was reappointed as HTFC Manager for the start of the 2011/2012 season. The season saw HTFC once again finish 5th in the Premier Divsion only missing out on 4th place on goal difference. HTFC reached the Semi Final of the Hospital Cup losing 2-0 to Grange Athletic
