At the start of this season Gary Brown and Adrian Gee took over the ladies team. Bringing in some new players and with exhisting players they got off to the best possible start with after only 4 games gone won 2 games and drawn 2 and sat top of the league. In October Gary Brown decided to step down and run the Un 16's so Andrew Taylor took over as assistant manager. In December Rovers then lost Midfielder Katie Shorter due to University commiments and Captain Zoe Klimke tranfered to Heathersett in January leaving Rovers needing some new faces. Shelly Farr ,Sarah Moore and Ami Rawlings all signed to strengthen Rovers team and the fight for survival to stay in the league really did start when we lost to dagenham 1-0 and then cambridge united 2-0 in febaury leaving rovers 2nd from bottom of the league. A Change of formation to the team made a big difference when we played peterborough in march and beat them 1-0 to leave Rovers 3rd from bottom and out of the relegation zone by 2 points
