Alec "Pie" Pyman is a true Hedinghams United boy having started with the club at Under 10s, and working his way up through the youth ranks, before fulfilling his life long ambition of playing in the 1st team alongside his fellow Stambournian and Idol, "Corn Beef" Keith Argent last season.

Alec plays in the centre of midfield and is the clubs very own Darren Fletcher.

Alec possesses many skills that make him an exceptional central midfielder such as: great vision for both short and long passing; a dramatic "tuck dive" which is demonstrated in most games; and excellent dead ball skills but is currently understudy to Paul Angel.

Alec-s main attribute is his ability to communicate, no matter where you are on the pitch you can always hear him whingeing!

This year, Alec hopes to become a 1st team regular and to dominate games from the middle of the park.
