Welcome to my world! Although this is supposed to be a tale from my back catalogue detailing my life long hobby as a ‘stoner’ (although ‘short term memory loss’ severely hampers me recalling anything at all!!), I just could not ignore the current ‘credit crunch’ and the resulting chaos caused to the world’s economic markets.

Of more relevance to me and my ‘red eyed’ acquaintances, is the effect this is having on the availability, and indeed the quality, of the magnificent ‘juicy bush’. For those of you that don’t know, the term ‘juicy’ does not mean ‘wet’, and ‘wet’ is what we are unfortunately getting more and more of. What? – is the relevance of this to our mighty football club I hear you ask? – Well look at the performances on Sunday against Brampton Spanner from some of the tokers in the team!!

‘Wet’ brings on lethargy and quickens the killing of senses and brain cells. This is a scientific fact (Professor Alexander Krugin. Bsc. Dfs. Mfi. Bhs. Boots). Obviously, for legal reasons I cannot name and shame, but if you were in attendance Sunday, you know who I mean!

So – let’s bear in mind, when getting behind our mighty team vocally, that some of our boys will not hear you – and they will probably not remember what you have said even if they can!
