1. Reports / General Updates

Chairperson’s Report ~ Clare happy with the outcomes of the season, however she will not be assisting the Management Team next season with the responsibilities she currently holds i.e. being on the sideline etc. However Claire did express an interest to stand for Chair.

Manager’s Report ~ Mel also expressed how well the season had gone with 16 games played; 9 won, 5 drawn with only 2 losses, with a +18 goal difference. Team finished 3rd in league and reached semi-final of League Cup. The Manager’s wanted to thank all those involved and for their continued commitment.

Treasurer’s Report ~ A number of players still own subs and these players are requested to pay their outstanding amounts a.s.a.p. as next year’s expenditure is already due for payment.

Accounts indicate an approx +£200 balance. Accounts to be finalised once all subs have been paid up.

Meeting with Hinckley United ~ A meeting was held around the current hosting agreements, points for next season included:
• Hinckley United men’s team will be having a new red kit
• Changing Rooms to be sorted with individual keys to be available
• More flexibility with sponsors obtaining additional benefits

5. Coaching Team Structure

Ady has committed to stay on as lead coach for the team; however he is unable to commit to Sundays. With Clare standing down from her responsibilities on the sideline, the Management Team proposed an option for 2008/09 season:

• Ady to continue as lead coach
• Amy Dennis to take on Assistant Coach (has a Level 1, and working towards Level 2, as required for this position)
• Coaching team will then work together on Thursdays, but with the benefit for next season will be to have Amy on a Sunday to implement and coach from the sideline.
• Both Coaching Team and Management will work together on team selection and tactics decisions.

Selection criteria still based on Ability, Commitment, Attitude and Attendance at training, games and club-based events. Valid reasons for being absent are accepted (but not consecutive weeks). No personal social reasons can be accepted. If injured and rested for a weeks training, players will not necessarily be dropped for the following Sunday’s game.

New Coaching structure agreed and passed.

Coach Ady Philpot
Assistant Coach Amy Dennis
