We rode our luck and were extremely lucky to only concede 4 goals, dan auld seemed like he wanted to do his old friends a favour when snapping their winger in half in the box for their 2nd goal. Their 1st goal was from a deep cross and karl deputising in goal could have possibly saved it but ant was well at fault for ball watching and not tracking the left winger.

The 3rd was a blatant foul on benn (push in the back in our own box) and their FWD just tucked it in. Ben could have possibly bveen stronger but it was a foul!!

The fourth was a good finish but again sloppy from us.

We had our moments even if they were limited, Dan o brien beat 2 defeners to a header and ran on to his own flick to hit a left foot half volley straight at the keeper and clarkey was unlucky a couple of times down the right. Unfortunately we just couldnt find the decisive pass and most forward balls were hit aimlessly and wasted.

We got our goals in the 2nd half, dowse who came on took a quick throw into their box, dan o brien read it and ran in behind, his flicked header was just cleared back towards dowse on the right side and his cross was met by a combination of their GK, calvert, bowely and their defender. Calvert was the quickest to react and i think managed to slide it in on the goal line.

Our second was from another dowse throw, Dan o brien read the flight and got up above the 2 defenders to put his header in the keepers top left from 10 yards out.

All in all another disappointment but the last score was 4-0 and this time we bettered it, to be honest we look a little defeated befoe we start as we know we're rooted to the bottom but just 2 games to go and next season will be a different story. (will it be the same team? I doubt it, but hogs will continue and things will definitely improve!)
