Tigers arrived for this fixture eager to get cracking following the cold spell that saw 2 games postponed. A late injury to Jamie saw Issy come in on the left side of midfield, while an unwell Jake did not start.
The first 15 minutes were very disappointing as we let in 3 goals all within our own 6 yard box, and showed we had not learned from goals we had conceded in previous games. We simply could not clear lose balls and gifted them soft goals. HT 3-0.
Leon was swapped in goal, Billy/Harry B swapped positions and Tigers looked more at ease and started passing the ball. A fantastic move lead to Cieran scoring a cracker! However, we gifted them a 4th as they pounced on a loose ball which once again we did not clear! Another great Tigers move saw Cieran grab his second and we were back in the game. We were down and out as a tame shot crept in to make it 5 to them. FT 5-2
Boys, this was a heavy defeat to a team that are no better than you. Familiar mistakes and some players going missing. Some boys moaning about the positions that they are being asked to play.Particulary disappointing that so many of you found it a great laugh at the end before talking about what went wrong; I saw then who cared and wants to improve, and who doesn't!
