Horsley

Horsley's 1st Team manager is Mr.Barry Wilde.

Barry 36, is in his second time in charge at Long Reach, after a 2 year spell at Leatherhead Fc and spending 2 years watching and learning all levels of coaching and football.

Barry has decided to return to the club he led to the County Cup semi final, The League Cup final and also winners of the league in his first season.

With many players arriving back to Horsley after sucessful spells at several clubs, Banstead, Sutton, Leatherhead, Dorking and Aldershot to name a few, the competition for places is at its highest.

Horsley FC are a privately owned club with facilities that are the envy of their opposition........fantastic club house with superb bar and 4 changing rooms.....3/4 size floodlit training area....large indoor 6 a side training area......A pre season training programme to rival clubs playing in higher leagues.....and twice weekly sessions all through the season outdoors and indoors.

The club currently run 2 adult sides and are looking to add more players.

They also have an enviable youth system which promotes the young and talented forward to the senior sides.

The season just gone 2007/08 has seen Horsley break all records......Premier League Champions for the first time in the clubs history....Cup finalists.....amassing the highest amount of points...scoring and conceding the most amount of goals in league history.

And so we go on to a new season and hopefully more success but it will be tough in the new Surrey Elite League.
