This social group has been formed by some people previously involved in the running of the village junior and youth football club – Hughenden Valley FC.

“Membership” is free and is open to anyone who has been a player, coach, parent, supporter, etc within the club. The intention is to not only raise much needed funds for HVFC itself but any other worthwhile causes mostly in the local vicinity to Hughenden Valley.

Our inaugural event a dinner to celebrate the 35th anniversary of HVFC took place at Adams Park on Saturday June 13th 2009.
On this occasion our chosen charity was the Willow Foundation (www.willowfoundation.org.uk) which organises “special days” for seriously ill people in the 16-40 age group and is founded by Bob Wilson a former footballer and TV presenter.

Future event will be announced through HVFC and the media, any ideas for future events would be most welcome.
