The Girls faced a tough season with a small squad in Division 1 and although a lot of the results went against them there were some good team displays but lacking in luck in front of goal was the difference in many of their games.
One of the highlights of the season was the final game away at the League leaders (and the eventual winners) Stamford where a superb performance saw the hosts struggle for the first time. However as befits their season Hungate brave display was unable to be capitalised on and Stamford scored a winner a minute from time. It was encouraging to see how well the Girls were able to play.
