'The League Management Committee has decided to award the Wilkinson Sword to IBIS FC, for the fourth time.
This award is calculated on the number of Discipline points acquired by all clubs within the SAL over a season in relation to the number of teams that Club runs.
Based on the criteria highlighted above, IBIS FC has won this award through having the best discipline record of all the SAL Clubs.'

SUCCESS THROUGH RESPECT
Respect for ourselves - staying fit, striving to be fitter, looking after ourselves,
Respect for our team mates - turning up on time, working for each other, trusting each other, not letting anyone down
Respect for referees - we know they're only human - lets make IBIS the club the refs talk about for their attitude for the right reasons.
Respect for the club and the people who run it - replying to emails / texts, paying subs, paying match fees, washing kit etc
Respect for the opposition - and beating them!
With 'Respect' receiving a lot of attention over the last 12 months, did behaviour towards referees improve in your grassroots football matches last season?
