On any approach to Eastbourne follow signs A259 to BRIGHTON. Once on the A259 drive as if you were leaving Eastbourne for Brighton and you will find yourself going uphill. Go past Morrisons past The Tally Ho pub continue up the hill sraight accross the traffic lights and approx 200m turn RIGHT into LONGLAND RD.
