Rob is the mastermind behind the Independiente footballing revolution happening in south east Essex, having led The Allstars or 'Hutch's Hero's' as they were otherwise known from division 5 up to division 3 in 3 years and 2 cup finals the Hutch decided this year to start Independiente 2nds to continue his dynasty which will one day occupy every corner of the globe
