Ineos Community football club was founded in 1977 under the banner of BP Football Club. The team name has changed twice in the past couple of years to Innovene and then to Ineos. This was due to the takeover of BP by these companies.
Starting from 7 A-sides to the 11 A-sides.
The teams train at Little Kerse twice weekly, and play on Saturday and Sunday mornings in the Central Football Association League.
To promote, facilitate and provide youth football in Falkirk Area. The primary objective at Ineos Community Football Club is to provide our young players with a safe environment characterised by fun, enjoyment, self –confidence.
Participate in development football ethos
Nurture the young players from small sided games to the 11 a-side format.
Supply youth players with a wide variety of playing divisions, training concepts and challenges.
Teaching skills and promoting skill development more important than demanding great performance and results.
Club training and concepts related to practice and match play.
Give young development players the opportunity to participate in making decisions, so that they learn to take responsibility for themselves and for others.
Development players have active part in assignments and organisation of development squads.
Youth players take part in tournaments and festivals.
Enable the youth players to grow into young athletes.
Education in healthy lifestyles.
