We eventually got to play our 1st Round tie ion the Ken Ritchie cup today vs Inch Colts.

The Swifts won throught to next round with a 8-2 victory against Inch who never gave up and kept playing football all the way to the end.
The team did well in patches today and it was good to see the goals spread through right the way round the players. Pick of the goals was from Aaron Parr with a left foot thunderbolt.

If we can cut out the silly mistakes and contunie to grow in confidence we should make steady progress for the remainer of the season. The boys know they still have alot to learn but as we have said to them all if they keep putting hard work in at training they will keep improving.
