History making squad of 2007 - 08!

Junctions good start to the season was quickly changed following serious leg injuries to Phil Arnold and Carl Chisnall. A mid season blip saw JUnction go on a bad losing streak and ended with the Arm injury to Dave Chisnall. Following new years signings, the club had a resurgeance and finished the season with 10 wins from 11 games, culminating with a cup fianl appearance and the lads giving Junction FC a 3-2 win over New St in the Tom Worrall Cup Final and the first ever silverware the club has won since its formation (formerley as Railway FC) in 1981.

Superb team spirit and will to win changed the clubs fortunes around mid-season and this squad has been the most loyal and committed group of people to play in Junction colours so far.

The prospect of 2 teams being run by the club next season is a first for any Sutton side and the hope of another cup final appearance is definately one of the aims for 2008/2009.
