Kent Magpies Ladies’ Football Club is a grass roots football club established solely to allow girls and women the opportunity to play and enjoy playing football in a safe and friendly environment. We are governed by our constitution and operate within the rules and guidance of the Football Association (FA). We follow standards set by The FA and our elected committee. This includes operating strict Equal Opportunities Policy, Anti Discrimination Policy, Anti-Bullying and Child Protection Policies. All ‘Officials’ are CRB (Criminal Records Bureau), Police checked. We are affiliated to the London Football Association (LFA) and the Amateur Football Alliance (AFA).

Mission Statement

Kent Magpies LFC (Seniors) will provide its playing members with the opportunity to play competitive league football in a safe and controlled environment. We will strive to nurture and develop girls’ and ladies’ football at all levels, using qualified coaches and supportive management.

We aim to encourage everyone involved with the Club in whatever capacity to help our players find enjoyment and fun in teamwork, through genuine effort and enthusiasm for the game of football.

Development of players, both on and off the pitch is paramount to us. Many players hold coaching certificates now and we will strive to continue to offer further opportunities to our members.
