Over 25's Tournament - Friday 26th February 2010

Kent Magpies have entered a team into the Over 25's 5 aside tournament at Bexleyheath Goals on Friday 26th February 2010.

London FA and Bexley Council are pleased to announce that they are running this tournament for women who are over 25 years old at the Goals centre in Bexleyheath, South East London.

With partnership funding from the London South Bank University and the Big Lottery Fund, the tournament will take place from 7 – 9pm on the 26th February 2010.

The tournament is aimed at over 25’s who may be new to the sport, or who used to play or current players who want to play some small sided football. The tournament will be 5 aside and will take place in a friendly and well located facility with NO CHARGE to enter a team.

Emma Barnes, Women’s & Girls FDO, London FA says ‘’This is a great opportunity for women to get a group of friends together and take part in a fun tournament, with the chance to get some exercise at the same time. A similar tournament was run a year ago and it was very successful, so we plan to run these events on a regular basis through the year’’
