A real character. Paul will begin his 2nd full season in charge of The Stags this term and has already proved to be popular with the fans. Paul is a very vocal manager, who gives a strong team talk and is always honest to the players. Great tatical knowledge, likes to have a laugh but also knows when to be serious. Rawds is also a goalkeeper in extreme measures and has in the past played for the likes of Ilkeston and Matlock along with Radford, Sandiacre, Kimberley and Radcliffe. One of the best kickers in the CMFL and a good shot stopper
