Stavian is a provider of personalised supported living for people who have a learning disability, autism or an aquired brain injury. Stavian has an established record of success in both the public and private sectors in developing, maintaining and re-establishing high reliability services. High reliability services are those that do a difficult job well with fewer than their 'fare share' of problems. Bespoke training and supervision are key to ensuring service capability and particularly when supporting people who experience behavioural challenges. Stavian offers an alternative to the tendency to either add more staff or to rely on reactive management techniques such as restraint.
