Report

So onto our last game of the season and a chance for a bit of revenge as we faced Brookham who beat us 4 0 in our last game. Unfortunately we were struggling for players as Alfie and Nathan were both injured and although Callum was there he was feeling under the weather but he did manage to play a brief part in the game.
Despite the missing players and a shuffling around of positions we started the game really well and were totally outplaying Brookham, the only thing missing was the goals but the first one came just before half time when Warren was on hand to fire us into the lead.
In the 2nd half Callum came on and helped us get our 2nd goal which Riley scored to ensure that he ended up as our top goal scorer, a great achievement for a midfielder. We really should have won by more but with the lack of players we did tire but we still run out comfortable winners .

So at the end of the season we finished in 4th spot, level on points with Horsley, and just 6 points off the top spot so a really good season which could have been better but the boys take great credit for their level of performance and more importantly the quality of their football
