We are a Charter Standard Community Club and have boys teams at most age groups from U7s to U17s playing in the Huddersfield Junior Football League. We also have a girls only team playing at U12 in the West Riding Girls League. The girls section is to be re-ignited during this season.
We play all matches at Kirkburton Middle School where we have excellent playing surfaces as well as changing rooms and an all weather training pitch facility.
All our age groups play in blue.
Match Day Catering
A catering service will generally be available every match day. Coffees, teas, bacon and sausage sandwiches and soft drinks are all available for reasonable prices from the kitchen in the changing rooms. Follow the signs!
Our teams for Season 2009/10-----
U17-One last season for this group-did exceptionally well in the top flight on their first attempt last year and squad has been strengthened this time round.
U15A-After a couple of tough seasons which led to relegation last time round this squad should find things a little easier in this tier.
U15B-As newcomers did well last season-hope to kick on from mid table respectability last time round.
U14A-Another relegated age group from last years campaign-after squad improvement it is hoped this group has the quality to push for promotion..
U14B-Remain practically the same as last year and hope to build on a successful season when considering the team were vastly made up of U12's.
U1- Mid table respectability in first season at U1--again squad improvement has built optomism for this year.
U11-1st time round at 11 aside and an allocated place in division 3.
U10-Bit of a change in personnel but both squads eager to emulate top 3 finishes from last year.
U9-A move up to 7 aside for this age group who have the capacity and players to adapt well. 2 teams entered with a few new faces.
U8-Looking to build on an exceptional first season--26 boys signed on so 4 teams entered this time round
U7-1st campaign optimism-2 teams entered and "chomping at the bit".
U12 Girls--Hope to kick on from last seasons very respectable campaign-moved to 9 aside.
ALL THE BEST FOR ALL AGE GROUPS AND LETS HOPE WE CAN ADD SILVERWARE TO OUR TROPHY CABINET THIS SEASON.
