1st July 2010, four football mad kids and four sets of parents got together and joined Kirkcaldy Eagles to form a 1999's team.

Now well in to the teams third year, the squad has progressed from seven aside football into their second season of eleven aside football under the Fife Football Development League (FFDL). 

During the Summer months the team train twice a week at the Beveridge Park, Kirkcaldy and at Balwearie HS Astro during the Winter months. The team play on Sunday mornings in Division 1 of the Fife Football Development League.

The ethos of the team is to encourage participation and enjoyment for every one involved, whether kids or parents or coaches.

The Coaches and Parents wish the kids the very best for the forthcoming FFDL Season.

No matter what happens enjoy the experience and exercise good sportsmanship.

To win gracefully, you must be able to loose gracefully, show respect at all times to fellow players... 

Parents and spectators, please allow the players to play the game their way... please by all means encourage both sets of players... allow the coaches to manage the team... and above all allow yourself and others the opportunity to enjoy the game... please excersise tolerance of the decissions made and lets not forget.... this is the KIDS football...!!
