FAO Parent/Guardian,

Welcome back to the new season!

From this season onwards,  we are asking ALL players to register on an ANNUAL basis. This involves filling in a registration form. This will enable us to update our contact information and ensure that we have a note of any current medical requirements. We will also be asking that all players pay an annual £15 registration fee (£12.50 if your family has more than one child playing for KSQFC). This is to be paid when completed forms are submitted.

The attached KSQFC Welcome Pack, developed by Carole Glass, contains relevant information about KSQFC including club rules, our child protection policy statement, information about the child liaison officer and team kit. It also includes the registration form (pages 9 and 10). Please print these pages out, fill in the form and return it with the appropriate registration fee, to those who normally collect the weekly dues, ie:

• to the Administration table for 2003s/2004s/2005s/2006s
• to your coach for 2002s or
• to Carole Glass for 2001s.  

Please do this by THURSDAY 1st SEPTEMBER at the very latest. This will allow the appropriate orders of training tops etc. to be made as quickly as possible.

We want our players to be proud to be a part of KSQFC and, like many other clubs, we are introducing training wear for all players. Training tops, along with any other relevant kit, will be issued to all registered players as soon as possible after registration and should be worn to all training sessions and games thereafter.  

If you do not have access to a printer, hard copies of the Welcome Pack will be made available at training on Thursday night.
